Radek is an experienced Technical Product Manager with a demonstrated history in software lifecycle management. His savviness in the market, technology, and processes built up during his journey with Polarion ALM is leveraged every day in helping teams deliver better products.



Jonas Westman

Information Architect at Scania

Jonas works with supporting the harmonization of ISO 26262 and functional safety work at Scania. He is improving on current frameworks, processes and methods to enable efficient design and analysis of future autonomous systems. This requires not only expert knowledge within the area, but also a visionary mindset for the future.



Andrei Bespamiatnov

Software Developer at Fastdev

Andrei has been working as a software development engineer with over 11 years of practical experience in the development of enterprise level applications. Now he works for Scania as a consultant in Jonas’s team, working on a dynamic table editor for the Polarion system.



Matias Beijar

Engineering Planner at Wärtsilä

Matias has been working with engine control SW development for Wärtsilä engines for 10 years. In that position he has used Polarion for requirements management, release management, task management and order intake since 2012. Now, as an engineering planner, he is responsible for managing product development plans for the world’s most efficient 4-stroke engines. Currently he is heavily involved in rolling out Polarion as a task management tool in Wärtsilä’s R&D organisation.



Per Anders Stenberg

Project Manager at Storstockholms Lokaltrafik

Per Anders is a project manager with long experience of large and complex projects. Currently he is working as a consultant for Storstockholms Lokaltrafik and has been involved in implementing Polarion as a solution for Project Risk Management. Developing and managing requirements and system documentation in collaboration with different organizations and cultures are some of his key skills.


Helka Ojanperä

Product Development Manager at Planmeca

Helka has been involved with development of dental imaging devices at Planmeca for several years and is responsible for many aspects of product development including requirements-, test- and risk management.


Dan Holm

Requirement Specialist at DeLaval

Dan has always been heavily involved in different aspects of writing – from theses, short stories and some poetry to technical documentation, requirement specifications and web programming. His creativity, language skills, analytic approach and sense for structure are major assets in his current role at DeLaval as lead Polarion administrator, requirement analyst, and data and reporting specialist.
