It also features a hands-on demonstration of the new Polarion AI tools, illustrating how Polarion Help renders manual searching in Polarion documentation obsolete, and how Polarion Copilot AI boosts requirement quality and engineering efficiency. Attendees will gain a clear, practical understanding of the value in 2512 and the increasing role of AI in Polarion.

Ola Larses, Taipuva
Ola Larses has been a consultant at Taipuva since2016, coming from a role as head of Global Development Methods at DeLaval. Ola holds a Ph.D. in Mechatronics from KTH/Scania on the topic “Architecting and Modeling Automotive Embedded Systems”, and has more than 25 years of experience in systems engineering, architecture design and methods development in both larger and smaller organizations.

Per Stedfeldt, Epiroc
Per Stedfeldt is a seasoned expert in product lifecycle management (PLM) and business solution architecture. Since 2017, Per has been Process & Applications Manager at Epiroc, following key roles at Atlas Copco, including Senior Specialist and Business Solution Architect, where Per supported the PLM Programme and strategic roadmaps. Earlier, Per worked as Product Responsible and Project Manager at UGS Sverige AB. Per holds a Master of Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (1983–1988).

Petr Sibik, Siemens
Petr Šibík is a Technical Product Manager at Siemens Digital Industries Software with over 10 years’ experience in software engineering, ALM, and product management. He has driven key Polarion initiatives such as the REST API, SAFe Template, Extension Portal, and AI-driven capabilities. Combining expertise in databases, agile practices, and API ecosystems, Petr applies modern AI to boost engineering productivity and innovation across Siemens’ ALM portfolio.
